Keep It Simple . . . I had to learn not to overwhelm myself so much and not create so much drama and chaos. Now my life is so much easier - slower, and things get dealt with instead of pushed aside - so I could continue using. I realized a lot of my problems were my own doing - and the phrase Keep it Simple reminds me not to take on so much at once

If I try to do more than one thing at a time - I get flustered - confused - and I get things all mixed up. They tell me it is Post Acute Withdrawal Syndrome. I'm four months clean on methadone treatment. Things are getting better. But I need to keep things simple - very simple.
