Keep in mind that we all talk to ourselves
most of the time. Self talk is perfectly normal.
Your self talk will affect how you feel,
how you interact with others and how you experience your
day.
You can talk yourself into feelings of
sickness - of guilt, shame or remorse.
Or you can talk to yourself in a way that
is soothing to your mind and to your body. The choice is
yours to make.
Don’t be harsh on yourself when
you notice negative or anxiety provoking thoughts on your
mind. The mind is an organ of habit - and as the saying
goes - ‘old habits die hard.’
Let go of harsh and self-critical thoughts
- replace them with your personal affirmations - as often
as needed.
