| The Relapse
Trigger Inventory helps you to remain alert for
those times when your recovery may be at highest risk.
Type your list of people, places and situations
that are most likely to trigger an urge for you to use.
Print one or more copies of your Inventory
on your printer. You may use a color or black and white
printer.
Post your Trigger Inventory wherever you
may need it - on your refrigerator door or in the glove
compartment of your auto. You may want to place a copy in
your wallet or purse.
Otherwise, you may also print a blank
Inventory - and then complete your list with a pen or pencil.
